Josh arrived last night! We picked him up at the airport, came home and crashed for four hours and then got up and went on the DMZ tour this morning. Yes, we slept for only four hours last night. Fun times.

Last night we did some crazy wannabe gymnast stuff in taekwondo. At first I kinda laughed inside when they told us to do somersaults. BUT then I got down and realized that I haven’t done a somersault in years and it was actually kinda intimidating, especially with our amazing instructors (I swear they are machines!) [...]
