I don’t know about you but I’m really ready for spring to get here. Spring is my second favorite season and I especially appreciate it here in Tulsa because it comes so much earlier than where I grew up.

Matt and I took a drive tonight and I noticed people getting ready already by raking and edging their yards. A few trees are starting to bud. The daffodils are on the cusp of blooming at Woodward Park.

It’s nearly time to pull out our scooters and start seeing town unobstructed. That is my favorite part of scooting, I feel so freeeeee! Paying $2 a month for gas comes in as a close second. Haha.

Matt and I have been waiting for warmer weather to play tennis in a park where he professed his love for me eight years ago. In the rain. With a poem. I was so happy that I cried. Raindrops mixed with tear drops. It was beautiful.

Loving This Young House. I dream of buying an old house and what they have done with their home is truly inspirational! Make sure to check out their house tour.

Also found Geninne’s Art Blog today (via sfgirlbybay). Her home and projects are awesome. I can’t wait to spend more time reading her blog!
