The event Matt has been anticipating for months is upon us. He’s in Hawaii to meet his brother and hop aboard his aircraft carrier to float back to San Diego. Matt sent me a text saying that I’d love Hawaii. Yes, I think I probably would. Hehe.

Because there was only one shower needed in the house this morning, I took a steaming hot shower. A very. very. very. hot shower. It felt good but I quickly came to the conclusion that I’d rather have a lukewarm shower with my husband home than a hot one alone.
