This picture was taken at Geumsansa (a Buddhist temple) in South Korea. I love gates, fences and bamboo, so I obviously wanted a shot of this. It gives me warm fuzzies! The temples were by far the most peaceful places we visited in Korea. Everyone was quiet while they were there and they didn’t run around like there was some emergency needing attention. We went to this temple twice and another one once. I enjoyed each visit.

I’ve decided to jump on the Flickr bandwagon. I’m a few years late, but whateva, I do what I want. Haha. I’ve uploaded about half of our first year in Korea so far. Not half of our pictures, but half of what I expect to upload. It’s crazy the amount of pictures we have from our three years there. Thankfully they aren’t all good, so it’s easy to weed through them! It just takes a long time to go through them all. Uploading isn’t on the top of my to-do list but I’ll be working on it fairly steadily over the next month or so. If you use flickr, add me and we can be friends in yet another form!

Cool… I will look you and add you on there. Also- I think it was you who had expressed interest in joining the 7 Days self portrait group, and our fall run just started today if you want to join! I’ve got a link to it on my page!
