I just finished a batch of peppermint soap. It smells so good! I added a bit of color to it and I’m nervous that I added too much. I don’t want pink bars!! I’ll uncover it in the morning and check. I’m sure to have anxious dreams with pink bars of soap in it tonight. Haha.

Since I didn’t have enough soap for the first batch to be the size I wanted, I adjusted the recipe. I’m really hoping these’ll be more like what I was planning for. There was actually a little bit extra, so I grabbed the closest clean, disposable item, an empty juice bottle, and poured it in there. I’m not willing to waste even a drip! Haha.

Peppermint is actually one of my favorite scents. It is so invigorating! I dripped some essential oil on my fingers tonight and I keep getting whiffs of it. So good!
