About Me
Hey! Welcome to my blog! My name is Steph Lloyd and I’m 29 years old. This is my personal blog and I usually just talk about whatever I’m interested in at the time. Topics include, but are not limited to, traveling, photography, making bath and body products and any random thought going through my head.
I married Matt six years ago and he was kind enough to give me his name. He was born in Florida but spent the last half of his childhood in Colorado. I am from Minnesota (Go Vikings!). We met at Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, Oklahoma, stayed in town for a couple of years and then lived in Asia for three. We came back to the States in the fall of 2007. I work in the sports department for Level 3 Communications – Vyvx where I get to watch a lot of TV and Matt is a full-time student. We have no kids, we have no pets, not even a fish. I do manage to keep several plants alive, though, and enjoy watching them grow.
Matt and I taught English in South Korea for three years (2004-2007). We got to see a lot of the country and also traveled to China, Japan and Cambodia. Living overseas was awesome and I hope to do it again some day.
I love to travel. My coolest experiences in life have been meeting new people, learning about their culture and eating their food. Matt and I were able to see the Great Wall of China and Angkor Wat in Cambodia… we have so many more places to go though!
I’m also interested in photography and try to learn as much about it as possible. I also enjoy reading, listening to music and eating.
